目的 应用GSI-70全自动便携式耳声发射仪进行新生儿听力筛查最佳时机的研究,分析影响听力筛查的因素。方法 应用GSI-70耳声发射仪,对30例正常新生儿出生后的1~5d逐日进行听力筛查。结果 随着新生儿天龄的增加,筛查通过率逐渐增加,至出生后第3天,筛查通过率较高且趋于稳定。结论 利用GSI-70全自动耳声发射仪,进行新生儿畸变产物耳声发射听力筛查的最佳时机宜在出生后第3天或3d后进行。
Objective To study the best timing of neonatal hearing screening using GSI-70 automatic portable otoacoustic transmitter and to analyze the factors affecting hearing screening. Methods The GSI-70 otoacoustic emission apparatus was used to screen the hearing of 30 normal newborns 1 ~ 5 days after birth. Results With the increase of neonate ’s age, the passing rate of screening increased gradually. By the third day after birth, the screening pass rate was higher and stabilized. Conclusions The best timing for hearing screening of neonatal distorted otoacoustic emissions using GSI-70 automatic otoacoustic emission should be performed on day 3 or after birth.
