《饭店人力资源管理》是饭店管理专业的专业核心课程,是一门实践性与可操作性很强的课程。但以往对该门课程的教学过程中存在教学形式单一、教学效果不理想、学生课堂注意力不集中等问题。针对上述问题,本文结合我校饭店管理专业学生的特点,对《饭店人力资源管理》实施了任务驱动式教学模式的探索与研究。
“Hotel Human Resource Management” is a professional core course of hotel management major, is a practical and highly operable course. However, in the past, there were some problems in teaching process, such as single teaching mode, unsatisfactory teaching effect and students’ inattention in classroom. In response to the above problems, this article combines the characteristics of our school hotel management students to explore and study the task-driven teaching mode of “Hotel Human Resource Management”.
