随着社会经济的不断发展,信息技术和工业技术相互融合相互促进,形成了现代化的生产模式。我国钢铁加工业逐渐成熟,炼钢、热轧、连铸等钢铁加工工艺不断发展,专业技术水平越来越高,同时炼钢设备也随之进行更新改造,演化成为过程自动化控制系统。它通过设定各种工序的常规参数,采用自动调整和指挥技术,确保各项生产指标控制在合理范围内,从而保证生产活动的顺利进行。
With the continuous development of social economy, the integration of information technology and industrial technology promote each other and form a modern mode of production. China’s steel processing industry is gradually maturing, steelmaking, hot-rolled, continuous casting and other steel processing technology continues to develop, higher and higher professional and technical level, while steelmaking equipment also will be updated, evolved into a process automation control system. It sets the parameters of various processes by using automatic adjustment and command technology to ensure that the various production targets within a reasonable control to ensure the smooth progress of production activities.
