在轴的强度校核计算中,由于方程复杂,推证及求解过程需要较多的数学计算,以传统的积分法求解轴的弯曲变形不仅繁琐耗时,而且容易产生错误。本文提出了以奇异函数法求解轴的弯曲变形,并利用MathCAD来实现整个求解过程。
In the calculation of the shaft strength, due to the complicated equations, more mathematical calculations are needed in the process of deduction and solution. The traditional integral method to solve the bending deformation of the shaft is not only cumbersome and time-consuming, but also prone to errors. In this paper, the singular function method is proposed to solve the bending deformation of the shaft, and the use of MathCAD to achieve the entire solution process.
