一、前言 碳轴承具有自润滑性、抗化学性、耐高温性、尺寸稳定性和高承载能力等优点,因而可简化轴承系统的设计。这种轴承可用于一般轴承难以胜任的许多场合。碳轴承的性能还在不断改善,现已有含各种添加剂、浸渍剂和使碳自身发生化学转变等多种新的品种。采用碳轴承,由于不要供油系统、油封或脂封和定期润滑,还可减轻设备重量、缩小设备体积,所以在经济上对制造厂家或用户都是有利的。碳轴承原材料价格便宜,来源充足,尽管这类轴承的加工费用约占轴承总成本的90%,但选用碳轴承仍比其它轴承要便宜些。

This kind of bearing can be used for many occasions that the general bearing can not be qualified. The performance of carbon bearings is still improving. There are many new varieties that contain various additives, impregnants and chemical transformation of carbon itself. The use of carbon bearings, due to not oil system, oil seal or grease seal and regular lubrication, but also reduce equipment weight, reduce equipment size, so economically for manufacturers or users are beneficial. Carbon bearing raw materials at low prices, ample sources, although the processing costs of such bearings account for about 90% of the total bearing cost, but the use of carbon bearings are still cheaper than other bearings.
