当今的化工、石化企业和职业技术学校面临的非常困难和复杂的培训问题,尤其是职业技术学校,担负着为企业培养专业理论扎实,实际操作能力强的合格技术人才的重任。多年来老师一直是在讲理论的同时描述现场情景,平时通过一些实验来验证所学理论,当学习到专业知识时,复杂的装置及控制过程已很难讲述清楚,学生感觉学习难度大且枯燥无味,仅仅依赖于短时间的下厂实习来了解这些内容,但是此时理论学习已经结束,造成理论学习与实践操作相脱离,学生专业知识掌握较差。在化工、石化企业中,易燃、易爆、有毒和强腐蚀的生产过程中要求每一个工程技术人员和操作人员,不但要在正常运行状态下准确
