目的:评价(99m)锝-甲氧基异丁基异腈((99)TCm-MIBI)核素闪烁显像对诊断及鉴别诊断乳腺良、恶性包块和腋下淋巴结转移癌的临床价值.方法:对67例临床拟诊的乳腺包块患者进行了99TCm-MIBI乳腺核素前位及侧位闪烁显像(SMM)诊断.全部影像结果均与病理组织检查对照.结果:99TCm-MIBI显像诊断与鉴别诊断乳腺良、恶性肿物的灵敏度、特异性和总诊断符合率分别为92.0%,85.7%及88.1%.对25例病理学证实为乳腺癌患者腋下淋巴结转移瘤的诊断灵敏度、特异性和正确诊断率分别是71.4%,90.9%及80.0%.结论:99TCm-MIBI核素乳腺显像对诊断及鉴别诊断乳腺良、恶性包块及腋下淋巴结转移癌具有较好的临床应用价值,是一个灵敏、特异、安全、无创的好方法.
Objective: To evaluate the clinical value of (99m) technetium-methoxyisobutylisonitrile (99m TCm-MIBI) scintigraphy in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of benign and malignant breast masses and axillary lymph node metastases. Methods: A total of 67 patients with clinically diagnosed breast masses underwent 99TCm-MIBI breast radionuclide anterior and lateral scintigraphy (SMM) diagnosis. All the imaging results were compared with the pathological examination. Results: The sensitivity, specificity and overall diagnostic accuracy of 99TCm-MIBI imaging in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of benign and malignant breast tumors were 92.0%, 85.7% and 88.1% respectively. The sensitivity, specificity and correct diagnosis of axillary lymph node metastases confirmed by pathology in 25 patients were 71.4%, 90.9% and 80.0%, respectively. Conclusion: 99TCm-MIBI radionuclide imaging is a sensitive, specific, safe and noninvasive method for the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of benign and malignant breast masses and axillary lymph node metastases.
