中国的饮食文化向来主张“民以食为天,食以安为先”。历经30多年的改革与开放,使中国的经济进入持续飞速的增长期。而以此同时,中国食品工业也大踏步地向前迈进。当然,国人对饮食的需求,正从“吃得饱”向“吃得好”的方向转变。但近些年来所频繁出现的“瘦肉精”“、三鹿毒奶粉”等恶性食品安全问题事件,又使得食品安全问题越来越成为人们关注的热点。另外,食品安全得不到保障,将会影响到国民经济的增长方式,甚有可能阻碍可持续反战战略的实施;更为重要的是它关系到国民经济是否能够持续健康稳定地发展,对于整个国民经济的可塑性功不可没。
China’s food culture has always advocated “people eat the land, food safety first”. After more than 30 years of reform and opening up, China’s economy has entered a sustained and rapid growth period. At the same time, China’s food industry is also striding forward. Of course, people’s demand for food is changing from “eating well” to “eating well”. However, in recent years, frequent occurrence of “lean meat”, “Sanlu milk” and other malignant food safety incidents, but also makes the issue of food safety has become more and more people’s attention hot spots. In addition, food security can not be guaranteed, which will affect the growth pattern of the national economy and may even hinder the implementation of a sustainable anti-war strategy. More importantly, it will affect whether the national economy will continue to develop healthily and steadily. The plasticity of the entire national economy is not negligible.
