目的采用实验室外部质量控制样品方法,根据考核结果,分析云南省各级疾病预防控制中心水质检测实验室的实际检测能力及存在问题。方法考核样品为氯化物、氟、铅,分3~4个浓度阶梯,采用稳健统计方法对实验室检测能力进行评价。结果全省16个市级和90个县级疾病预防控制中心参加了本次水质外部质控考核,氯化物考核满意率最高,为90.3%;氟其次,考核满意率为81.5%;铅考核满意率为57.7%。市级与县级考核结果无显著性差异,检测能力接近。结论云南省参加本次实验室检测能力评价的疾病预防控制中心,大多数具有生活饮用水中氯化物、氟和铅的检测能力。相比检测仪器等硬件而言,检测人员专业素质是保证农村水质检测能力的更为关键的因素。
Objective To adopt the external laboratory quality control sample method and analyze the actual detection ability and existing problems of the water quality testing laboratories of CDC at all levels in Yunnan Province according to the assessment results. Methods Samples for the assessment of chloride, fluorine, lead, divided by 3 to 4 concentration ladder, the use of robust statistical methods to evaluate laboratory testing capabilities. Results Sixteen municipalities and 90 county-level CDCs participated in the external quality control examination of water quality. The satisfaction rate of chloride examination was the highest at 90.3%, followed by fluoride at 81.5%. The examination results were satisfactory The rate was 57.7%. There is no significant difference between municipal and county appraisal results, and the testing ability is close. Conclusion The CDCs participating in the evaluation of laboratory testing capacity in Yunnan Province have the ability to detect chloride, fluoride and lead in drinking water. Compared to the detection equipment and other hardware, the professional quality of inspectors is to ensure that the rural water quality testing more critical factor.
