目的为探讨血浆ＣＡ５０对肿瘤的诊断价值。方法采用ＩＲＭＡ法测定多种肿瘤病人１０６例血清中ＣＡ５０的含量，并与正常组（２２例）及其他疾病组（７２例）进行比较。结果非肿瘤良性疾病组与正常组无明显差异性（Ｐ＞００５），而肿瘤组与正常组及其他疾病组相比均显示显著性差异（Ｐ＜０００１）。消化系统肿瘤与其他肿瘤之间有明显差异（Ｐ＜００５），肝癌组与其他肿瘤及消化系统肿瘤之间的差异更为显著。结论ＣＡ５０对消化系统肿瘤尤其是肝癌的诊断更具指导意义。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of plasma CA50 in tumors. Methods The serum CA50 levels in 106 patients with multiple tumors were determined by IRMA and compared with the normal group (22 cases) and other disease groups (72 cases). Results There was no significant difference between the non-tumor benign disease group and the normal group (P>005), but the tumor group showed significant difference compared with the normal group and other disease groups (P<0001). There was a significant difference between the digestive system tumors and other tumors (P < 0.05). The difference between the liver cancer group and other tumors and digestive system tumors was more significant. Conclusion CA50 is more useful for the diagnosis of digestive system tumors, especially liver cancer.
