测试了MB2 10 %SiC复合材料的超塑性 ,并对不同应变量拉伸试样轴剖面上的空洞进行了观察 .结果表明该复合材料呈现出高温高应变速率超塑性 .超塑性变形过程中形成大量的空洞 ,空洞在颗粒 基体界面上形核 ,其生长服从指数定律 .
The superplasticity of MB2 10% SiC composites was tested and the cavities in the axial cross section of tensile specimens with different strain were observed.The results show that the composites exhibit high temperature and high strain rate superplasticity.The formation of superplastic deformation A large number of empty, hollow nucleation at the particle matrix interface, its growth obeys the exponential law.
