In 1996, the research team of the China Industrial Economics Association put forward a comprehensive and systematic opinion on the establishment of a new system for the management of industrial industries on the basis of a large number of investigations and studies. The main ones are: using the lean government’s comprehensive economic department and numerous industry organizations as the main management body to replace the single government management subject; according to the status of the government and the industry organizations in the market economy, the government should play its role properly.
