目的:了解综合营养干预对2型糖尿病患者血脂、血糖的影响。方法:选取前往医院就诊的2型糖尿病患者98人,随机分为干预组(49人)、对照组(49人)。对干预组人群开展为期6个月的膳食指导和符合营养制剂补充的综合营养干预,对照组不采取相应干预措施。结果:同基线数据相比干预组人群体重、甘油三酯、总胆固醇均有降低,对照组分别增加0.1±2.6kg、0.1±0.9mmol/L、0.5±3.3mmol/L,差异无统计学意义;干预组空腹血糖、餐后0.5h血糖、餐后1h血糖、餐后2h血糖变化值分别为-0.5±2.5、-0.8±3.1、-0.7±4.1、-0.5±4.7mmol/L,对照组分别为0.2±1.9、1.2±2.8、0.5±3.4、-0.7±4.0mmol/L。结论:综合营养干预对2型糖尿病患者血糖异常可起到一定程度的改善作用。
Objective: To understand the effects of comprehensive nutrition intervention on blood lipids and blood glucose in type 2 diabetic patients. Methods: A total of 98 type 2 diabetic patients were enrolled in the hospital. They were randomly divided into intervention group (49) and control group (49). The intervention group for a period of 6 months of dietary counseling and nutritional supplements in line with the comprehensive nutritional intervention, the control group did not take appropriate interventions. Conclusion: The comprehensive nutrition intervention can ameliorate the level of blood glucose in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
