目的:优选暖脐膏处方最佳的提取工艺。方法:采用L9(34)正交试验,以复方中主要药材白芷中欧前胡素的含量和干膏量为考察指标,对暖脐膏的提取工艺进行优选。结果:最终确定的最佳提取工艺为:溶媒用量为8倍,提取次数为3次,乙醇浓度为75%,提取时间为1h。结论:该工艺简单方便,稳定性好,可作为工业化生产的参考路线。 Objective: To optimize the optimum extraction process of warm umbilical plaster. Methods: The L9 (34) orthogonal test was used to optimize the extraction process of warm umbilical cord paste with the content of the imperatorin and the amount of dry cream in the main medicinal material of the compound. RESULTS: The final optimum extraction process was as follows: solvent dosage 8 times, extraction times 3 times, ethanol concentration 75%, and extraction time 1 hour. Conclusion: The process is simple and convenient, with good stability, and can be used as a reference route for industrial production.
