绩效是指为了实现企业的总体目标,构成企业的各团队或个人所必须达成的业务成果。有效的绩效评价与管理以事实为依据,帮助发现企业经营管理中的薄弱环节,本文通过分析传统企业绩效评价体系的不足,依据平衡计分卡的思想,从宏观层面提出了ERP模式下企业绩效评价体系的总体框架,实现了ERP和平衡计分卡的有机集成,为今后从微观层的进一步研究以及技术实现方面提供了基础。
Performance refers to the business achievements that must be achieved by the teams or individuals that make up an organization in order to achieve its overall goals. Effective performance evaluation and management are based on facts and help to find the weak links in the enterprise management. Based on the analysis of the deficiency of the traditional enterprise performance evaluation system and based on the idea of balanced scorecard, this paper presents the corporate performance under the ERP mode The overall framework of the evaluation system has realized the organic integration of ERP and BSC, which provides the basis for further research and technical realization at the micro level in the future.
