成人教育作为终身教育体系中的重要组成部分以及形成学习型社会的主渠道,它的教学价值和教学效果倍受关注。但是,在以往的成人法学教育中,案例主要作为教师在授课时的例子或例证说明其要阐明的观点,学生一般只是被动地接受,往往难以起到消化、吸收和创新的功效。本文从案例教学的作用和特征入手,结合笔者对成人法学教育的改革实践,分析了实施案例教学应注意处理的几个关系,提出了适合成人高校法学教育的案例教学方式,望其能对成人高校的法学教育有所裨益。
As an important part of lifelong education system and the main channel of learning society, adult education has drawn much attention on the teaching value and teaching effect. However, in the former adult law education, cases are mainly used as teachers’ teaching examples or illustrations to clarify their point of view. Students generally passively accept and often fail to digest, absorb and innovate. Based on the author’s reform and practice of adult law education, this article analyzes several relationships that should be dealt with in case teaching and puts forward a case teaching method suitable for adult law education in the hope that it can help adults Legal education in colleges and universities is helpful.
