在检修机车后桥时,差速器轴承调整螺母专用板手是必备工具,但在市场上难以买到。现介绍一种自制专用扳手的方法,简单、方便、实用。制作所需材料:旧差速器调整螺母一个;圆钢管一根,直径为30mm,长115mm:铁板一块,长105mm、厚6mm、宽14mm。制作方法:先将旧调整螺母靠轴承的一面加工成一个直径为110mm、深10mm的圆形凹台;再将铁板放入加工好的凹台内,在铁板背面用电焊将调整螺母焊牢;最后将圆钢管焊在调整螺母有调整止推缺口的一边。使用方法:将扳手套在调整螺母上,铁板位于调整螺母调整止推缺口内:根据用力大小,在圆管内插入长度适当的加力杆。因凹台与直径基本一致的调整螺母调整止推缺口一面配合,可起稳定作用、不易滑脱,此扳手十分好用。
