目的研究分析16层螺旋CT薄层及后处理影像显示肺叶间裂的临床情况。方法 51例肺叶间裂患者,均行CT检查,未发现任何异常情况。再进行16层螺旋CT薄层影像重新建立处理。结果 2.50 mm层厚的显出率明显优于3.75 mm层厚的显出率;同时,1.25 mm层厚的显出率明显优于2.50 mm层厚的显出率,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 16层螺旋CT薄层及后处理影像对于患者肺叶间裂患病情况能够有效显示,提高检查质量,有利于制定科学有效治疗方法 ,具有较大临床应用价值。
Objective To analyze and analyze the clinical manifestations of interlobular fissure revealed by thin-layer 16-slice spiral CT and post-processing images. Methods 51 patients with interlobular fissure were performed CT examination, found no abnormalities. Then a 16-slice spiral CT reconstruction was performed. Results The apparent rate of 2.50 mm layer thickness was significantly better than that of 3.75 mm layer. At the same time, the apparent rate of 1.25 mm layer thickness was significantly better than that of 2.50 mm layer thickness, the differences were statistically significant P <0.05). Conclusion The results of 16-slice spiral CT thin-layer and post-processing images can effectively show the prevalence of patients with interlobular fissure, and improve the quality of the examination, which is helpful to develop a scientific and effective treatment method with great clinical value.
