上海杏花楼集团是一家全国知名餐饮食品集团公司,旗下拥有“新雅”、“杏花楼”、“功德林”、“小绍兴”等诸多老字号品牌餐饮企业,集团年销售达到20亿,在行业中处于龙头地位。作为老字号企业党建的一面旗帜,杏花楼集团党建工作富有特色,充满活力。多年以来,集团公司党委不断探索老字号企业党建工作新模式、新思路、新方法,结合企业实际发展情况,围绕“争优”、“文化”、“人才”等关键工作点,紧密联系企业经营发展大局,不断创新工作载体,突出实践特色,积极发挥党组织和党员作用,营造新形势下老字号企业新型党建工作的生动局面,有力推动传统企业的创新发展,实现了党建工作与经济建设的融合共进。本文结合老字号企业的实际情况,浅谈老字号党建工作的经验。
