１病案摘要患者，男，８６岁。１９９９年７月因“肛门粘膜脱垂”在某医院手术治疗。查体时发现左股外侧皮下有一无痛性包块，约８cm×６cm×４cm，与皮肤及基底均有粘连，质硬，行手术切除。病理报告示：恶性纤维组织细胞瘤。随后行左股外侧肿块扩大切除术。２０００年１月患
1 case summary patient, male, 86 years old. July 1999 due to “anal mucosal prolapse” in a hospital surgery.
