抗肿瘤药甲环亚硝脲(MeCCNU)不溶于水, 口服时由于在胃肠道吸收不规则往往引起血药浓度过低和各种毒性,因而试制其静脉注射剂。瑞典所产“Intralipid”是一种脂肪注射乳剂,其处方组成为:大豆油10%,磷脂1.2%,甘油2.25%,注射用水加到100毫升,调整至pH7～7.5。据报导,患者在7～14天内每天注射这种注射营养剂20毫升/公斤体重并无严重不良反应出现。也有人用相似的剂量注射2,781次,也未发现严重副作用;所报导的副作用仅为发热(2.7%),寒冷(1%)和少数几例在注射部位有增殖性血栓静脉炎。由于甲环亚
Anticancer drug A ring nitrosourea (MeCCNU) Insoluble in water, oral administration due to irregular absorption in the gastrointestinal tract often leads to low plasma concentrations and a variety of toxicity, thus trial production of intravenous injection.
