分析了板带材生产科技发展史。认为60 年代以四辊轧机为主体的连轧技术是靠板形控制装备和计算机控制系统而进步的。其原因在于板形理论未取得突破性的进步,只能靠装备来提高板形质量,因此形成高刚度高精度的论断。沿着高精度装备和越来越庞大的计算机系统的技术路线难于使连轧机国产化,这是轧机重复引进的技术原因。本文简介了我国独创的板带轧制动态理论及已取得的实际效果,建议大力推广应用这种创新的知识和技术,实现连轧装备国产化。
The development history of plate and strip production technology was analyzed. It is considered that the continuous rolling technology, which takes the four-high mill as the main body in the 1960s, is advanced by the shape control equipment and the computer control system. The reason is that the flatness theory has not made a breakthrough progress, only by equipment to improve the quality of the shape, forming high stiffness and high accuracy of the assertion. It is difficult to localize the continuous rolling mill along the technical route of high-precision equipment and increasingly large computer systems, which is the technical reason for the repeated introduction of rolling mills. This article briefly introduces the original dynamic theory of strip rolling in China and the actual results that have been achieved. It is suggested that this innovative knowledge and technology should be popularized and popularized to realize the localization of the rolling equipment.
