A seasoned engineer who runs a software development project is reporting to the company’s vice president of results. My colleagues who have worked alongside him for months have also been present and all are very proud of this achievement. Did not think the report after the vice president went so far as to sarcastically said to the engineer: “How long have you graduated from school? Such a specification is ridiculous, I am afraid I can only stay in the paperwork.” Engineer heard a great embarrassment, Displeased the ball like boredom, the rest of the team made a defensive off, and some even with hostility. At this moment, the vice president suddenly left and the meeting was interrupted, and the atmosphere of anarchy was prolonged.
