随着社会的发展,工程建设项目比比皆是。建设一个工程项目,涉及到方方面面的事务需要进行管理,费用管理是其中重要组成部分。站在施工单位的立场上来看,进行工程建设项目管理是十分必要的。可以通过有效的管理使得整个项目按照计划有效的进行,涉及到的组织、协调和控制方面的工作都能有条不紊的进行。工程建设项目进行管理的最终目的是使得项目在规定的时间、费用和质量要求的条件下,尽可能地降低成本费用。在本文中,将就工程建设项目中的费用管理问题展开探讨。
