目的 分析规范化护理培训在安宁疗护专科护士培养中应用.方法 回顾性选取2018年9月～2019年9月本院100 位新入职护士为研究对象,对照组给予常规护理培训;实验组给予规范化护理培训.培训结束后,应用Mini-CEX评估护士的学习质量,比较两组护士的考核成绩.结果 实验组的考核成绩明显对照组(P ＜ 0.05).结论 规范化护理培训有助于安宁疗护专科护士培养,推动安宁疗护事业的发展.“,”Objective To analyze the application of standardized nursing training in the training of hospice nursing specialist nurses. Methods 100 new nurses in our hospital from September 2018 to September 2019 were selected as the research objects. The control group was given routine nursing training; the experimental group was given standardized nursing training. After the training, mini CEX was used to evaluate the learning quality of nurses, and the assessment results of nurses in the two groups were compared. Results The examination results of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion Standardized nursing training is helpful to the cultivation of hospice nursing specialist nurses and promote the development of hospice nursing.
