目的编制教育观量表,为评价教师的教育观提供量化工具。方法根据教育观的概念架构,结合对幼儿教师半结构式访谈的结果,初步确定能够反映个体教育观的题目,对534名幼儿教师被试进行测试,并进行信度效度分析。结果探索性因素分析,结果得到3个主要因子:教师观、活动观和儿童观(特征值大于1,累计贡献率为40.96%),负荷量>0.4的共有16个项目。结论教育观量表具有较好的信度及效度,可用于教师教育观的测查,具有较广的实际应用价值。
Objective To prepare a scale of educational observation and provide quantitative tools for evaluating teachers’ educational concepts. Methods According to the conceptual framework of education concept and the result of semi-structured interview with preschool teachers, 534 preschool teachers were tested and the reliability and validity were analyzed. The results of exploratory factor analysis, the results obtained three main factors: the teacher concept, the concept of activity and the concept of children (eigenvalue greater than 1, the cumulative contribution rate of 40.96%), load> 0.4 a total of 16 projects. Conclusion The educational observation scale has a good reliability and validity, which can be used for the survey of teacher education and has a wide range of practical value.
