《学生体质健康标准》的实施是学校教育贯彻“健康第一”指导思想的一项重要举措,采用文献资料法、问卷调查法等研究方法对《标准》在中学的实施情况及出现的问题等进行了分析,得出以下结论:《标准》部分测试项目选测指标间的替代性以及台阶试验反映人体心肺功能的有效性值得研究;测试标准的降低不利于客观评价学生体质健康水平;而中学的体质健康教育有待进一步加强。
