In recent years, with the rapid development of molecular genetics technology, the research on complement molecules has also entered the DNA level. Although the work in this field is only in its infancy, its profound significance is immeasurable. In order to arouse the attention of domestic counterparts on this work, this article will introduce the progress of complement molecular genetics and some experiments of the author himself. Cloning and Sequence Analysis of Complement cDNAs An important prerequisite in the study of molecular genetics of complement is to obtain the corresponding cDNA clone. This cDNA clone refers to a sequence of DNA complementary to complement mRNA that specifically binds to the corresponding chromosomal DNA
