经济危机背景下,全球面临着产业结构调整和升级的重大问题。经济危机往往带来技术革命,各个国家纷纷抢占科技制高点,中国想要转变经济增长方式应对危机,必须发展战略性新兴产业。本文在论述战略性新兴产业的研究背景的基础上,分析江苏省发展战略性新兴产业发展的情况并提出合理化建议。研究战略性新兴产业的发展历程和基本理论并作出评述和展望,也为江苏省战略性新兴产业的发展路径和政策建议提供了理论基础。
Under the background of economic crisis, the world is facing major problems of industrial restructuring and upgrading. Economic crisis often brings about technological revolution. All countries have to seize the high ground of science and technology. China wants to transform the mode of economic growth to cope with the crisis and must develop strategic emerging industries. Based on the research background of strategic emerging industries, this paper analyzes the development of strategic emerging industries in Jiangsu Province and puts forward reasonable suggestions. Studying the development history and basic theories of strategic emerging industries and making comments and prospects also provide the theoretical basis for the development path and policy suggestions of strategic emerging industries in Jiangsu Province.
