为进一步发展和推广现代设计理论和方法在我国内燃机设计中的应用,中国内燃机行业计算机应用协作网、中国内燃机学会《内燃机工程》编辑部、中国内燃机学会中小功率柴油机分会和基础件分会,邀请国内部分高校、研究所和工厂企业中长期从事这方面工作的专家,于1992年6月28～29日在大连市举行了学术讨论会。机电部工程农机司派出了专家,机电产品设计信息中心派出了有关负责同志出席了会议。参加会议的教授、高级工程师14名,其他科技人员6名。会议东道主大连铁道学院王副院长到会并致词。
To further develop and promote the application of modern design theory and methods in the design of internal combustion engines in China, the China Internal Combustion Engine Industry Computer Application Collaborative Network, the Chinese Internal Combustion Engine Society’s “Internal Combustion Engine Engineering” Editorial Department, and the China Internal Combustion Engine Society’s Small and Medium Power Diesel Engine Branch and Basic Components Branch invite domestic Experts from some universities, research institutes and factory enterprises who have long been engaged in this work have held academic seminars in Dalian from June 28 to 29, 1992. The Department of Agricultural Machinery of the Ministry of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering dispatched experts, and the mechanical and electrical product design information center dispatched relevant responsible comrades to attend the meeting. There were 14 professors and senior engineers participating in the conference, and 6 other scientific and technical personnel. The host of the meeting, the vice president of Dalian Railway Institute, attended the meeting and delivered a speech.
