用自制的低、中强度脉冲磁场(25—100kA/m)热处理设备对高速钢的回火进行了系统的研究。发现,高速钢在脉冲磁场中回火可显著加速二次硬化过程,促进残余奥氏体转变,使回火时间缩短一半以上。X射线和电镜分析表明:脉冲磁场回火不仅使马氏体中合金碳化物的析出更加均匀弥散,而且使马氏体的正方度明显升高,从而赋于高速钢更高的硬度和红硬性。并经生产实际考核证明,经脉冲磁场回火的高速钢中心钻、丝锥和螺帽孔冲头的服役寿命平均提高40—140%。
The self-made low and medium intensity pulsed magnetic field (25-100kA / m) heat treatment equipment for high-speed steel tempering were systematically studied. It is found that the tempering of high speed steel in pulsed magnetic field can accelerate the secondary hardening process significantly and promote the transformation of retained austenite, which can shorten the tempering time by more than half. The results of X-ray and electron microscopy show that the tempering of the pulsed magnetic field not only makes the precipitation of the alloy carbides in the martensite more uniform, but also increases the squareness of the martensite significantly, which in turn gives higher hardness and red hardness . And after the actual production test proved that the high-speed steel center after the tempering of the magnetic field tempering drill, tap and screw nut punch service life increased by 40-140% on average.
