高校在法学本科学生培养模式改革的实践中逐渐达成共识,通识教育和专业教育并重,分类型培养学生,重视对学生法律实务技能和国际化的培养。德国和英国在“博罗尼亚进程”中高等法学教育的改革经验,美国丹尼尔·韦伯斯特学者荣誉计划和威斯康辛法学院的课程改革值得借鉴。我国法学本科学生培养模式在未来主要定位为培养合格的律师,细化课程设置,引入信息技术教学方法,增强学生的流动性,完善考核制度,确保法律教育的品质和进步。
Colleges and universities gradually reached a consensus on the reform of the training mode of law undergraduates. Both general education and professional education should pay equal attention to cultivating students in different categories and attaching importance to cultivating their legal practical skills and internationalization. German and British experience in the reform of higher law education in the Bologna Process, the honorary plan of the Daniel Webster Scholar in the United States and the curriculum reform of the Wisconsin Law School are worth learning. In the future, the training mode of law undergraduates in our country mainly aims to cultivate qualified lawyers, refine curriculum, introduce information technology teaching methods, enhance students’ mobility, improve examination system and ensure the quality and progress of legal education.
