针对工业生产中,受传热控制的结晶过程难以实现最佳操作时间表的问题,提出以冷却介质的温度为控制变量的最佳操作规程的求解方法。以宏观结晶的重量为主要研究参数将热量平衡引入状态方程,应用极大值原理证明了所求得的操作规程是满足传热约束的最佳规程。并且把问题简化成数值积分法求解。经氯乙酸生产等工业实践验证其实用性。实现了结晶热量较大的物质在结构简单的结晶器中操作的模拟和优化。
Aiming at the problem that it is difficult to realize the optimal operation schedule in the crystallization process controlled by heat transfer in industrial production, a solution to the optimal operating procedure with the temperature of the cooling medium as the control variable is proposed. Taking the weight of macroscopic crystal as the main research parameter, the heat balance is introduced into the equation of state, and the maximum order principle is used to prove that the obtained operation procedure is the best procedure to satisfy the heat transfer constraint. And the problem is reduced to numerical integration method. The chloroacetic acid production and other industrial practice to verify its practicality. The simulation and optimization of the operation of larger crystallizing heat in a simple mold are realized.
