用芯片式色谱柱代替传统的色谱柱实现了分离功能,结合色谱热力学原理分析了芯片式色谱柱中温度的影响,并以甲苯为例,通过实验确定随着芯片温度的变化,保留时间和峰高的变化规律。实验结果表明其能够较好地符合色谱热力学原理,能够替代传统的色谱柱实现分离功能,最佳工作温度在348~358K之间。
