一、北京目前的交通现状 随着北京经济的快速发展,北京市城市交通取得了快速的发展,但相对于快速发展的城市交通需求而言,北京市城市的交通拥挤、环境污染的情况依然比较严重。从1990年到2001年的10年中,北京市市区交通流量以平均每年超过15%的速度递增。最新统计资料显示,在高峰小时内的双向断面车流量,二环路为1万辆,三环路为1.1万辆,四环路为1.3万辆。这就意味着在高峰时段这三条城市环线平均每小时每车道通过1666辆至2166辆汽车,接近甚至大于高速公路的饱和汽车量。
First, the current traffic situation in Beijing With the rapid economic development in Beijing, Beijing has achieved rapid urban traffic growth, but relative to the rapid development of urban transport needs, Beijing’s traffic congestion, environmental pollution is still relatively serious. During the 10 years from 1990 to 2001, urban traffic flow in Beijing increased at an average annual rate of more than 15%. The latest statistics show that in the peak hours of the two-way cross-section traffic flow, the second ring road is 10,000, the third ring road is 11,000, the fourth ring road is 13,000. This means that during the peak hours, the average speeds of these three urban hubs are 1,666 to 2,166 cars per lane per hour, which are close to or even above the saturated car volume of the freeway.
