我国电力系统经过长达几十年的发展已经逐渐完善,近些年在信息技术的帮助下又有了突飞猛进的发展。但是,随着电力系统的不断完善,原有的营销机制已经落后于时代潮流。本文首先分析了目前我国电力企业营销系统的发展现状,然后对IT运维管理体系进行了简单介绍并展望了其未来的发展方向,最后提出了在新形势下构建电力企业营销系统运维管理体系的具体策略。
