本文根据防爆罐的使用特性和加工要求,分析了多孔材料的吸能机理,制备了一种多孔吸能材料,完成了对材料的动、静态力学性能测试,并对数据结果进行了分析。此外,还将多孔吸能材料应用到防爆罐中,并进行了实爆试验。试验表明:密度较高的多孔吸能材料具有较好的缓冲吸能特性,可用于爆炸防护领域。
In this paper, the energy absorption mechanism of porous materials is analyzed according to the operating characteristics and processing requirements of the explosion-proof tank. A porous energy-absorbing material is prepared. The dynamic and static mechanical properties of the materials are tested. The data are analyzed. In addition, the porous energy-absorbing material was also applied to the explosion-proof tank, and the real explosion test was conducted. Experiments show that: the higher density of porous energy-absorbing material has a good energy absorption properties, can be used in the field of explosion protection.
