某学校教学楼地处8度抗震设防地区,由于现行抗震规范的变化,使原有建筑物的承载力及抗震构造均不满足规范要求。为保障该校舍在地震中的安全性,结合校舍结构的特点和加固需求,采用隔震技术对其进行加固处理。本文介绍了该项目的设计要点,并选取7条地震波进行非线性时程分析。计算结果表明,隔震结构的水平向减震系数小于0.4,降低了上部结构所受的地震作用,提高了工程结构的安全性;相关成果对中小学砌体结构校舍抗震加固具有重要参考价值。
A school teaching building is located in the 8-degree seismic fortification area. Due to the change of the existing seismic code, the bearing capacity and seismic structure of the existing buildings do not meet the standard requirements. In order to ensure the safety of the school building in the earthquake, combined with the characteristics of school buildings and the need of reinforcement, the seismic isolation technology is used to reinforce the school building. This article describes the design of the project points, and select seven seismic wave nonlinear time history analysis. The calculation results show that the horizontal damping coefficient of the isolated structure is less than 0.4, which reduces the earthquake effect on the superstructure and improves the safety of the engineering structure. The related results have important reference value for the aseismic reinforcement of the school building with primary and secondary masonry structures.
