自1970年以来,我们共收治多原发性大肠癌15例,均经手术与病理证实,兹报告与讨论如下。临床资料本组15例,男7例,女8例。年龄38～79岁,平均57.5岁,以40～60岁居多(9/15)。其中同时癌11例,异时癌4例,异时癌间隔时间为2年10月～14年5月;双原癌14例,三原癌1例。共31个癌肿,其分布部位;升结肠(含肝曲、盲肠)11个、横结肠6个、降结肠(含脾曲)6个、乙状结肠5个、直肠3个;其组织学类型:腺癌24个、未分化癌2个、粘液腺癌5个,
Since 1970, we have treated 15 cases of multiple primary colorectal cancers, which have been confirmed by surgery and pathology. The report and discussion are as follows. Clinical data in this group of 15 patients, 7 males and 8 females. Aged 38 to 79 years old, with an average age of 57.5 years, mostly 40 to 60 years old (9/15). Among them, there were 11 cases of simultaneous cancer and 4 cases of different time cancer. The interval between different time cancers was 2 years from October to May of May. There were 14 cases of dual cancers and 1 case of trigenic cancers. A total of 31 cancers were found in the distribution site; 11 ascending colons (including liver and cecum), 6 transverse colons, 6 descending colons (including spleen curves), 5 sigmoid colons, and 3 rectums; histological types: glands 24 cancers, 2 undifferentiated cancers, and 5 mucinous adenocarcinomas.
