本文分析了网络时代给广告行业带来的升级与转型,以及行业对人才需求的变化。提出,广告职业教育只有改革、适应行业的发展变化,才能真正培养出行业所需人才。并据此提出了个人建议。
This article analyzes the upgrading and transformation brought to the advertising industry in the Internet era and the changes in the industry’s demand for qualified personnel. It is suggested that only reforming vocational education in advertising should adapt to the development and changes in the industry so as to truly cultivate the talents needed in the industry. Based on this, a personal suggestion was made.
