以硝酸铈铵(CAN)为引发剂,对明胶(Gel)和丙烯酰胺(AM)及甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵(DMC)的接枝共聚反应进行了研究,讨论了合成反应条件与产物对NBKP浆增强效果的关系。试验结果表明最佳合成条件为:反应温度55℃,单体滴加30min,反应时间4h,CAN浓度为5mmol/L,m(Gel):m(AM):m(DMC)=1:6:2,分子质量调节剂1mmol/L。当合成物用量为0.8%时,可使纸张的裂断长和耐破指数分别提高了23.6%和24.1%,克服了使用未改性明胶用量大效果差的缺点。
The graft copolymerization of gelatin, acrylamide (AM) and methacryloyloxyethyltrimethylammonium chloride (DMC) with cerium ammonium nitrate (CAN) as initiator was studied. Relationship Between Synthesis Conditions and Product Enhancement of NBKP Slurry. The results showed that the optimum conditions were as follows: the reaction temperature was 55 ℃, the monomer was added dropwise for 30min, the reaction time was 4h, the concentration of CAN was 5mmol / L, the molar ratio of m (AM) 2, molecular weight regulator 1mmol / L. When the amount of the composite is 0.8%, the breaking length and burst index of the paper can be increased by 23.6% and 24.1% respectively, which overcomes the shortcoming of large effect of using unmodified gelatin.
