分化抑制因子(Id)属于螺旋-环-螺旋(HLH)转录因子家族,缺乏DNA结合所必须的碱性氨基酸,在与bHLH结合形成二聚体后抑制bHLH与DNA及其他组织特异性bHLH转录因子结合,起负调节作用。哺乳动物Id有4种亚型,各种亚型的生物学功能各异。Id基因具有原癌基因特性,编码的Id蛋白能阻止细胞分化,促进细胞增殖,参与肿瘤的发生。Id基因在多种原发性肿瘤中均有表达,它是肿瘤性血管生成必需的,并与肿瘤的侵袭、转移有一定关系。
Differentiation Inhibitors (Id) belong to the family of helix-loop-helix (HLH) transcription factors that lack the essential amino acids necessary for DNA binding and inhibit bHLH binding to DNA and other tissue-specific bHLH transcription factors upon binding to bHLH Combination, play a negative regulatory role. There are 4 mammalian Id subtypes, various biological functions of different subtypes. Id gene has proto-oncogene characteristics, encoding Id protein can prevent cell differentiation, promote cell proliferation, involved in tumorigenesis. Id gene is expressed in a variety of primary tumors, it is necessary for tumor angiogenesis, and has a certain relationship with tumor invasion and metastasis.
