教学反思写什么?我无法用准确的语言来对它进行描述,只知道在每节课后,及时地将自己在讲台上某些偶发的教学调整、突现的教学灵感、自赏的教学片段、遗憾的教学环节,或详或略、或本或表地予以记录。写教学反思有什么作用?我也无法很理性地予以梳理,只觉得在翻阅以前的备课本时,即使是上学期的教学也离我很远,似乎无法从中寻觅到一点点的教学感受,如同深埋在黄沙底下未被人发现的斑斓贝壳。而翻阅本期的备课本,浏览一下日常的教学反思,勾起一个个小回
What does teaching reflection write? I can’t describe it in an accurate language.
