[目的]分析血浆miR-143表达与食管鳞癌浸润肌层深度及淋巴结转移的关系,为食管鳞癌转移的早期防治及作用机制提供理论学依据。[方法]收集食管鳞癌患者术前一周血标本40例,同期收集40例健康体检者血标本,运用实时定量荧光PCR检测两组人群血浆中miR-143表达水平,探讨食管鳞癌患者血浆中miR-143表达水平与食管鳞癌深肌层浸润及淋巴结转移的关系。[结果]与健康人群相比,食管鳞癌患者血浆中miR-143表达水平降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。食管鳞癌患者血浆miR-143表达水平与年龄(P=0.154)、性别(P=0.131)、肿瘤部位(P=0.092)均无关;T3+T4期患者血浆中miR-143表达水平低于T1+T2期患者(P=0.008);与无深肌层浸润患者相比,有深肌层浸润患者血浆miR-143表达水平降低(P=0.012);有淋巴结转移的患者血浆中miR-143表达水平较无淋巴结转移患者低(P=0.003)。[结论]食管鳞癌患者血浆miR-143表达水平较健康人群下调,且在有深肌层浸润和发生淋巴结转移的食管鳞癌患者血浆中表达水平明显下调,其有望作为评估食管鳞癌患者肿瘤进展的新生物学标志。
[Objective] To analyze the relationship between the expression of plasma miR-143 and the depth of myometrial invasion and lymph node metastasis in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and to provide theoretical basis for the early prevention and treatment of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma metastasis. [Methods] Forty blood samples were collected from 40 patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma one week prior to operation.
