目的对钩吻根脂溶性部位的化学成分进行研究。方法通过乙醇回流提取、溶剂分步萃取得到钩吻根粗提物,利用硅胶柱、ODS柱、Sephadex LH-20、Toyopearl HW-40F等多种色谱柱进行分离纯化,利用NMR等现代波谱技术对分离得到的化合物进行结构鉴定。结果分离得到10个化合物,分别鉴定为钩吻素子(koumine,1)、钩吻绿碱(gelsevirine,2)、胡蔓藤碱乙(humantenine,3)、钩吻内酰胺(gelsemamide,4)、12β-羟基-孕甾-4,16-二烯-3,20-二酮(12β-hydroxy-pregna-4,16-diene-3,20-dione,5)、正三十一烷醇(n-hentriacontyl alcohol,6)、十四碳酸甲酯(methyl myristate,7)、6,7-二甲氧基香豆素(6,7-dimethoxycoumarin,8)、3,4,5-三甲氧基苯甲醇(3,4,5-trimethoxybenzyl alcohol,9)、5-甲基间苯二酚(5-methylresorcinol,10)。结论化合物6-10为首次从胡蔓藤属中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of root-fat-soluble parts of Rhizoma. Methods Crude extracts of Radix Glabratae were obtained by ethanol reflux extraction and solvent extraction step by step. The crude extracts were isolated and purified by silica gel column, ODS column, Sephadex LH-20, Toyopearl HW-40F column and other modern spectroscopic techniques The isolated compounds were identified by structure. Results Ten compounds were isolated and identified as koumine (1), gelsevirine (2), humantenine (3), gelsemamide (4), 12β- Hydroxy-pregna-4,16-diene-3,20-dione (5), n-hentriacontyl alcohol, 6), methyl myristate (7), 6,7-dimethoxycoumarin (8), 3,4,5-trimethoxybenzyl alcohol 3,4,5-trimethoxybenzyl alcohol, 9), 5-methylresorcinol (10). Conclusion Compound 6-10 was isolated from Arabidopsis for the first time.
