本文对高速(V≥20~40m/s),重载(P≥100~300N/cm~2)的盘式制动器的制动特性进行了分析,对制动元件进行了热特性分析,以衬片磨损量最小(摩擦功最小)、摩擦温升最低和制动时间最短为目标函数,优化设计盘式制动器的结构尺寸。实践证明,对高速重载盘式制动器的计算机辅助设计能较完满地反映出该制动器的热性能特点和衬片的磨损规律,计算结果为生产提供了可靠的理论基础。
In this paper, the braking characteristics of high speed (V≥20 ~ 40m / s) and heavy duty (P≥100 ~ 300N / cm ~ 2) disc brakes were analyzed. The thermal characteristics of brake elements were analyzed. The smallest piece wear amount (minimum friction work), the lowest friction temperature rise and the shortest braking time are the objective functions, and the structural dimensions of disc brakes are optimized. Practice has proved that the computer-aided design of high-speed heavy-duty disc brakes can more fully reflect the thermal characteristics of the brake and wear of the lining, the calculation results provide a reliable theoretical basis for the production.
