为探讨在无囊膜的无晶体眼中植入折叠式人工晶体的手术方法和疗效,通过颞侧透明角膜隧道切口,对超声乳化白内障吸除术后囊膜缺如的7只眼一期植入折叠式人工晶体,对白内障术后囊膜缺如的16只无晶体眼二期植入折叠式人工晶体,用聚丙烯缝线将人工晶体襻固定于睫状沟中。结果:22只眼人工晶体正位,1只眼人工晶体稍向下移位。一期植入术后1周,平均视力为0.56,术后1个月,全部矫正视力高于0.5。二期植入后的矫正视力等于或高于术前最佳矫正视力,13只眼(81.25%)裸眼视力达到0.5,5只眼(31.25%)达到1.0。术后角膜散光无明显变化,未发现严重并发症。结论:通过颞侧透明角膜隧道切口及睫状沟缝合固定襻的折叠式人工晶体植入术是矫正无晶体眼闭合式技术,并可作为处理超声乳化术中晶体脱位的有效方法。
To investigate the surgical method and efficacy of implanting foldable intraocular lens (IOL) in aphakia-free aphakia eyes, seven cases of aplastic aneurysm after implantation of phacoemulsification cataract surgery were implanted through the temporal clear corneal tunnel incision Folding intraocular lens, after cataract surgery, the absence of capsular membrane in 16 cases of aphakia implantation two fold intraocular lens, the suture with polypropylene suture the ciliary sulcus in the ciliary sulcus. Results: Twenty-two eyes had an anterior IOL and one IOL shifted slightly downward. One week after implantation, the average visual acuity was 0.56, and the corrected visual acuity was higher than 0.5 after 1 month. The corrected visual acuity after the second implantation was equal to or higher than the best corrected visual acuity before surgery. The uncorrected visual acuity of 0.5% (13.25%) of 13 eyes (81.25%) reached 1.0. Postoperative corneal astigmatism no significant change, no serious complications were found. CONCLUSION: Folding intraocular lens implantation through temporal clear corneal tunnel incision and ciliary sulcus suture is an effective technique for aphakia-free ocular closure and can be used as a treatment for the dislocation of the lens in phacoemulsification.
