目的:探讨在干部病房开展个性化舒适护理服务的措施和成效。方法:将入住浙江省台州医院老年干部病房的90例老年患者随机分为对照组和观察组两组,对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者在对照组基础上给予个性化舒适护理措施,比较两组患者护理前后SF-36、SAS、SDS量表评分变化情况及自拟护理满意度调查表得分情况。结果:观察组患者护理后生活质量、负性情绪(焦虑、抑郁)改善效果及对护理工作满意度均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对老年干部病房住院患者提供个体化舒适护理可显著改善其负性情绪,有利于提高患者生活质量并维持良好的护患关系,对确保患者获得满意疗效及预后均具有积极意义。
Objective: To explore the measures and results of personalized comfort nursing service in cadre wards. Methods: 90 elderly patients admitted to the elderly cadres’ ward of Taizhou Hospital of Zhejiang Province were randomly divided into control group and observation group. Patients in control group were given routine nursing care. Patients in observation group were given personalized comfort measures on the basis of comparison group The score of SF-36, SAS and SDS in two groups before and after nursing care and scores of self-care satisfaction questionnaire score. Results: The quality of life, the negative emotions (anxiety, depression) in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: Providing personalized comfort nursing for elderly patients in hospital wards can significantly improve their negative emotions, improve the quality of life of patients and maintain a good relationship between nurses and patients, which is of positive significance to ensure satisfactory curative effect and prognosis of patients.
