三叉神经痛特征是面部三叉神经分布区有反复发作的阵发性剧痛，原发性三叉神经痛病因迄今未被完全阐明，而继发性三叉神经痛主要因桥小脑角肿瘤、三叉神经根或半月节区肿瘤、血管瘤、动脉瘤等病引起。我们自1995年7月~1997年12月用枷玛刀治疗继发性三叉神经痛43例，取得较好疗
