目的 观察浮针联合推拿手法治疗肩胛肌筋膜炎的临床疗效.方法 100例肩胛肌筋膜炎患者, 随机分为对照组和观察组, 每组50例.观察组采用浮针联合推拿手法进行治疗, 对照组给予常规针灸治疗, 比较两组患者的临床疗效.结果 观察组总有效率为96%(48/50);对照组总有效率为80%(40/50), 差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 浮针联合推拿手法治疗肩胛肌筋膜炎疗效显著, 值得推广.“,”Objective To observe clinical effect by floating needle combined with massage manipulation in the treatment of scapula myofascitis.Methods A total of 100 patients with scapula myofascitis were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 50 cases in each group. The observation group received floating needle combined with massage manipulation for treatment, and the control group received conventional acupuncture and moxibustion for treatment. Clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The observation group had total effective rate as 96% (48/50), and the control group had that as 80% (40/50). The difference had statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of floating needle and massage manipulation provides precise effect in treating scapula myofascitis, and it is worth promoting.
